There is plenty you might want to say, "STOP!" to but have not said it.

This is perhaps because the word 'stop' in not even in a 'nice girl's' vocabulary.

Or perhaps you are male, born and raised in the capitalist patriarchal empire, and saying, "Stop!" has been removed from your testicles because you remain a permanent adolescent, never consuming enough, trying to prove yourself to be a 'man'. What a painful joke... on you.

Perhaps you assumed that if you wait politely long enough it would stop all by itself? The world comes to an end before that will happen. Then it is too late. Saying, "Stop!" has an element of timing to it. Saying, "Stop!" after you have been raped, after the forests are cut down, after a species has gone extinct, after the city has been bombed... Are you crazy?

Learning to say, "Stop!" appropriately opens an entirely new playing arena for you. It is an arena in which you reclaim your dignity, an arena in which there is consequence, and the consequence is you.

Learning to say, "Stop!" releases you from hiding out. You discover that you have the power to interact with many different people and situations because you have developed the capacity to trust yourself to take care of yourself around other people. You can deliver a meaningful boundary, and implement it immediately. This is a joyous and exciting new world.

Learning to say, "Stop!" is fierce presence training. You can learn to say, "Stop!" to spending, starving yourself, complaining, waiting, abusing yourself, being abused, denying it, eating, pretending, being alone, being over intimate... being ordinary... whatever you want.

No one can do it for you. No one can stop you from doing it. Let's get started, shall we?
